Pastor Eric Egger
Pastor Eric served churches in Alabama and Georgia before coming to LBC. He also spent two years in full-time mission work, primarily working on Native American Reservations, as well as six years in law enforcement in Georgia. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Bible and Theology (Southeastern Bible College in Birmingham, AL), a Master’s in Theological Studies (Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX), and Doctor of Ministry in Expository Teaching and Preaching (Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA). He has a heartfelt passion for preaching, teaching, and living out faith. With a calling to spread the Gospel and a commitment to nurturing faith, Pastor Eric has dedicated his life to guiding others on their spiritual journeys and challenging them to live in light of their faith.
When not doing ministry, he enjoys spending time with his wife Rachel and their three pets (Wrangler, Chloe, and Maddie). He also loves watching MLB games and is a huge fan of LSU football (Geaux Tigers!).
